The platform may not be used for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, hate, illegal goods, malware, unauthorized scraping, misleading campaigns, privacy violations or messaging people without valid consent. Users must follow telecom rules, WhatsApp Business policies, Meta policies and applicable data protection laws. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
